Cancellation Policy
・If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
・If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.
・If you cancel within 1 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
※There is possibility that this cancellation policy will be changed if you'll be over 14 participants group.

Notifications
・Groups with minimal participants may in certain circumstances, merged with other groups. Please take note.
・In principle, payment can be made by Paypal(=credit) is accepted for transaction. Please ask us other payment method when there is an unavoidable reason.
・Please follow the guide’s instruction during the program. We shall not be responsible for any accident caused by disregard for the instructions.
・The Dojo or Training place is sacred place for Samurai training, please do not make unnecessary noise and touch things without being instructed.
・The amount of time allocated for the Tour is only an approximation, the whole program might require more or less time depending on situations, hence please ensure you have enough time to participate in this Tour without rushing.
・In very rare cases involving extremely unusual body proportions (e.g., H170cm&W200kg), our equipment may not fit. Please be advised that in such an event, you will need to participate in the experience wearing your own regular clothes. Please be assured, however, that out of the thousands of sessions we have conducted so far, this has never actually happened.
・The service provided by this Tour will only be conduct in English and Japanese only.
・For participants using glasses or spectacles. Please be inform due to difficulty of wearing head protector and possibility of damages to spectacles, it is not advisable to wear glass or spectacles during wearing the kendo head armor. Please bring contact lenses.
・Minimum age is 9 years.
・Not recommended for pregnant women.
・Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions.
